Although joining the Healtheon portal is completely optional, many patients find it helpful for accessing our clinic communication and billing tools. It is very important that you please register for your Free Station Clinic account immediately so that you have access to your patient portal.
The paid plans are not required, but we highly recommend you choose the plan best suited for you. You may upgrade your plan at anytime by going to your patient portal and choosing a different plan to access more online tools and benefits.

The primary care structure is evolving, many physician responsibilities can be fulfilled by nurse practitioners, physician assistants or IMGs, realigning a physician’s time to see more medically critical or urgent patients.

Healtheon Expert Second Opinion

The Premium Patient Bundle offers patients access to RCM Health Consultancy’s extensive network of healthcare specialists and professionals around the globe from world-class medical centres like John Hopkins Hospital, Harvard, and many more.

The second opinion is available for patients with any of the following conditions:

Heart attack
Stroke
Cancer
Auto-Immune Disease
Endocrine Syndromes

(Addison’s disease, Cushing’s Syndrome, Hyperthyroidism, Hypothyroidism, and unstable diabetes)

*Note: If the patient has had these problem within 12 months of purchasing the Premium Bundle, then the virtual case review service is not available to that client.

Healtheon Virtual Case Review

For patients facing more complex challenges and require a second opinion pathology or radiology review. The premium plus bundle offers:

Case conference with the family doctor, the treating team, the individual of concern, the family and the team at RCM Health Consultancy.
Provided a medical research report outlining new advances in the treatment of the condition, a report outlining the leading authorities using new advances in treating the condition, and sessions with RCM Health’s team to explain the new advances and the benefits of those new advances.
RCM Health will direct the client and family to the centres of excellence providing these advanced treatments, submitting referrals and providing advocacy services to re-integrate the patient into a treating team in their home province if necessary.

What is a Patient Portal?

The Patient Portal is your gateway to all Healtheon benefits. Here, you can communicate with your clinic, schedule appointments, request prescription refills, and engage with our AI-powered chatbot.

Is Joining Healtheon Optional?

YES! Joining the Healtheon portal is completely OPTIONAL. However, we do recommend that all patients create a free Starter Account to ease communications and billing from the clinic.

Is it Free?

The Starter Plan is completely free, and gives you access to the patient portal at no cost. You may choose whether or not your would like to upgrade your wellness plan to include additional clinic and Healtheon services.

How do I register for my Free Starter Account?

You will receive an email invite from Healtheon to register. Click the link in your email and choose your password. If you haven’t received an invite, you may click here to register.

How many plans are there?

You may upgrade your “Starter Plan” to the “Basic Wellness Plan” for $24.99 / month. This will cover most uninsured services and unlock more technology features in your Patient Portal, including a ticketing system to communicate with your clinic, online appointment booking, prescription refill requests, and more.

The Essential Wellness Plan ($44.99/month) offers everything in the Basic Wellness Plan, plus access to Healtheon’s extensive network of specialists around the globe for an Expert Second Opinion and Virtual Case Review.

How do I Upgrade?

Patients can upgrade through the Healtheon Patient Portal. Your membership will give you access to more online tools, benefits and help your clinic establish team-based care.

Are there Family Plans?

Yes, we have plans for families up to 4. If you would like a plan that covers more than 4 members of your household, please contact us at support@healtheon.ca
